I have spoken with the team and we are still trying to work on better optimisation.

If you look at your cores, you may find that 1 of them is under heavy load while the others are not being utilised.

I've passed the equipment listed to the programming team.

Sorry that you're also having trouble with objectives.

The 3 main reasons that you may be able to see them are:

1. You have achieved all 3 stars on the level.
2. You have an advisor message on screen that you need to clear before progressing further. 
3. You have paused time.

Could you check all of the above and then send me a screenshot of your campus, showing as much of the User Interface as possible, if none of the listed points solve the issue?

Thanks for that info. 

We don't think the Valentines Theme will be the cause of the issue, but we've turned it off now to see what happens.

It may take a while to disappear, but let me know if it solves the issue.
