I click the subscribe button on a mod, it prompts me to verify account via email. I click the button to send email.

I never receive email. I checked all my emails inboxes and junk/spam folders.

So that we can investigate our end too, would you mind sending across your Two Point Campus folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to campus.support@twopointstudios.com

I have spoken with mod.io and they suggest checking you junk filter, and making sure your mail box isn't full. 

If you have done this, please then try contacting them using  support@mod.io and they'll see if they can help.
