If you're reading this, you've probably found a bug in Two Point Campus right? Sorry to hear that! It's never fun when bugs pop up out of nowhere, but don't worry - we're here to help! We'll just need a few details, so have a look at this handy guide below on how to report a bug:



Gameplay bugs:

AKA - Things not working as they should do while playing the game (students not going to class, items disappearing or something similar!)


  1. First, check to see if anyone else has posted about the problem you're experiencing on the forum. If they have, comment there to let us know.
  2. If no one else has posted, put a new thread up here in the Bugs forum
  3. Make sure to include as much detail as possible about the issue, and include screenshots if you can! 
  4. A member of our team will get back to you asap, and may ask you to email us with more details.


If our team ask you to email us, they'll be looking for logs from your game. Here's where you'll find them:


Windows

Logs: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus\Logs

Saves: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus\Cloud

Crash Dumps: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus\Crashes


Mac

Linux

Technical Issues:

AKA - Crashes, can't start the game (or something similar)


This type of issue will be handled by our support team at SEGA. So create a ticket here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/requests/new and be sure to include as much information as possible about the problem (what you were doing when the bug happened, how many times it's occurred etc). 


It's a good idea to upload a log file here too if you're on PC/Mac/Linux. To attach files to your Request Form, click on 'Add file' and navigate to the location of the saves, log or crash dump, and select the file. Check the date on the file so make sure that you are sending the most recent file. Once your file is selected click 'Open'. Your file will then be added as an attachment.


If you're playing on console, you won't be able to access logs BUT we get reports of crashes coming in as and when they happen! You should still get in touch with SEGA support with as much info as possible, maybe even a screenshot of the error you got when the game crashed!
