Hello.

Question: 

A while back I made a post that the PS5 version of 2 Point Campus was literally unplayable for me as after the intro cutscene it got stuck on a black loading screen with a white dot on it.

Apparently quite a few people had this problem.

I had a work around by playing the PS4 version instead but this was far from optimal tbh.

Now I found out that this has to do with my account for some reason as I start the PS5 version on a different account it works just fine.

Is there a way to remove the connection on my account as this has something to do with server issues on 2 Points end because it keep trying to log on and refuses to connect, crashen my game every single time. 

The reason I bring this up is that I'm really looking forward to 2 Point museum but I really dont want to buy the game and end up with the exact same problem again..

Also I like to play 2 Point Campus on the PS5 version as that is the version I bought.
