Heya, sorry to hear you're having issues with Twitch Drops!

The first think to try and is re-logging on the in-game main menu. If you boot up Two Point Museum, underneath the settings menu you should see the Two Point logo (two mountains), select that and log in with your Two Point County account.

You should see a pop up once you've logged in of the items recieved.

If you are missing any items, please try clicking the refresh button on the connections page of your forum account, here: https://account.community.twopointcounty.com/account/link-account 

We appreciate your patience with us whilst we streamline this process, re-logging is helping in the majority of cases, but for anyone who has continued issues, please let us know!

PS5 - Click touchpad
Xbox - View button

The cursor (the dot on your screen) needs to be over the wall or floor you want to copy before you press the button - happy curating!

Heya! Sorry about this, we accidentally added this exhibit (and two guest types) to the stickerbook.

This will be fixed as soon as possible, the fish in this case is a deprecated fish (poor fishy) which is being pulled through into the stickerbook. The two mysterdy guests types are for an upcoming update, so all will be revealed soon.

Please be mindful that the bugs section is the best place to bring gameplay bugs, and we're in constant talks with the website team to bring updates and changes to the platform too.

We're aware that a number of people are encountering issues when trying to upload files to the bug section. In this case, zipping them may help, as sometimes the website gives an error due to file size and type. We've fedback that these error messages should give you more information, as currently they don't let you know exactly what's up.

Due to the hardware limitations of consoles, we won't add the ability to increase the Guest Cap but we are working on a way to balance this better. 

It's in testing at the moment so we'll hopefully release it soon.

Hey friend! Thank you so much for the kind post, the team really appreciates hearing positivity like this, and we love hearing your ideas too! 

We don't have a formal roadmap, we're a small team and we try to react to the community's requests as much as possible, so whilst we do have an internal roadmap of things we'd like to do, it's designed to be flexible on purpose so we can pivot if needed!

That said, the team is working hard on future updates, and we plan to bring both new content alongside new quality-of-life changes. Of course, that includes looking at things like DLC and seasonal stuff too. We can't share any info outside of that right now, however, we will share more as soon as we can ^^
