Heya i would like to add something to that request:

In the Zones Menu it would be awesome if you could click on a Zone (besides Changing Colors) if you get secondary tabs in which you can see all the assigned Personel sorted like in the Personel Menu. So you can switch between Zones and see what kind of Personel and how many you have assigned to that specific Zone. Also additionally in the Personel tab it would be so helpfull if you could assign zones like Jobs in an extra tab there.

Plus in the zones assign menu it would be so nice to see which skills the personal got without the need to view the single personel screen.

And something little but a bit annoying. I work with different clothes for different tasks but evertime i click on an employe and switch the cloth the entire window closes and i have to search for that employe again to assing the tasks.

Also if you are in the "change a  Room" mode and want to place items: if you click on an already placed item because you placed it wrong you get kicked out completely of the "change a room" mode. You only stay in the mode as long as you place new items. Would be nice if you would stay as long as you apply or cancel it manually.
