​Apologies for the bug report, which I've now deleted. Problem resolved by following the advisor and making and displaying a Spa Point item. Then the guests started arriving, seen in both save files. My mistake and I apologise. There's a good reason for my confusion recently (healthwise), but glad to have resolved the situation. Again I'm sorry for the bug report as it clearly wasn't a bug at all.
