The Character Profiles on Switch have always the blue heads rather than more detailed photographs.

Have you recently transferred your save to Switch from another platform, this could explain why you remember them differently.

Unfortunately, we don't have any current plans to re-issue Two point Hospital Amazon Prime Drops, but if you have the Hospital Pass, you will get items you may have missed from the Superbug Initiative.
