One of my goals is to clean 3 toilets. My janitors have been cleaning them but the goal is not updating. Am I missing something?

I have passed these issues onto the devs for further investigation. The crash is known and has been passed on to the dev team for further investigation.

Evendium, In regards to the clean 3 toilets objective, for clarification do you have the golden toilets or the normal toilets on the campus? Also could you tell us what level you are in with this objective.

I had this issue too. Standard toilets on Piazza Lanatra. I ended up cancelling the goal.

In the wizard campus and it just crashes constantly - I can be doing nothing and the game crashes.  Disappointing and getting difficult to play

Bought this game which I love but it’s really annoying me as it keeps glitching and then error I paid 35 pounds for this game it needs fixed asap and it’s bugging me plus the pc new update came out 2 days ago please hurry up and sort this

Hi

Love the game but hate the crashing. We bought this game for the switch literally on the release date (too excited for this game) however after 20 mins of playing we get an error of ‘an error has occurred’ and the game shuts down and any unsaved data is lost. The game went through an update yesterday but hasn’t fix the issue, any idea on what we can do stop the crashing??

Hi Rach,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing crashes! I understand how frustrating things like this are.

Can you opt in for the Switch to share crash data with us?  It is really useful to have this data especially for issues with crashing.  

To turn it on, follow these steps:

1. From the HOME Menu, select System Settings, then System.
2. Scroll down until you see the option Send Error Information.
3. Select this option to turn it on.
4. If you enable this option, you'll be presented with a second screen where you can select OK to confirm. 

Once that is turned on, please let me know of the date and time of your next crash to see if we can narrow down the problem.

Additionally, if you haven't done so already, try reinstalling the game, perhaps to the Switch's drive to see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply. We have turned on the crash data and it has crashed today at 6:02pm with the error the software has closed because an error occurred.

Hello Devs,

I am really enjoying the game, but may be stopped from progressing anymore due to a bug. In Fluffborough, when adding an event, changing which month the event takes place will actually change the event type instead. This is regardless of what type of building the event is listed for, or any other requirements. For example: if I change an event month to December, the game will automatically change the event to 'Romantic Film'. Because of this, I am unable to complete 1 star on Fluffborough, as one of the requirements is to compete in a Cheeseball tournament. As the events only change to films, I no longer have access to my Cheeseball tournaments. Please advise on how to proceed, as I am no longer able to progress in the game. Thank you.

Bought the two point campus on release date for switch not had many problems until recently when it has become unplayable. It crashes approximately every twenty minutes and when I try to schedule specific events if I change the date it changes the event to something different. I have really enjoyed the game up to this point now it is just not really playable.

Thank you for posting the time of your crash! I have asked one of the programming team to take a look and see if there is an obvious cause that we can address for you.

Sorry to hear you have had trouble with booking events PheonicFireball! We are aware of this issue and hope to release a patch for it as soon as possible! In the meantime, try scheduling everything from the room itself, rather than the request/objective. Other players have added their own workarounds to a thread here.

Sorry to here this Gemmalou! Can you confirm that you have updated to version 1.4? We released this patch last week and it contained a large number of crash fixes. If you are up to date, could you also opt in to share crash data? The steps to do so are here:

Let me know the date and time of your next few crashes, we'll take a look to see if we can spot the problem. 

I have also just mentioned a workaround for your event bug above too.

Could you confirm the date and your time zone of the crash you posted for me? 

There was one listed that is usually resolved by closing Two Point Campus completely and restarting. We'll take another look once we can confirm the above details.

When letting us know about a crash, please include the date, the time, and your time zone.
