[Known Issue] No Advanced Access with Key Retailer Keys

Hiya everyone,

 If you've purchased the game from a key retailer and currently can't play, the team is aware and investigating things

 We recommend contacting the retailer directly. We believe the issue is the retailer has issue you physical keys, which does not include advanced access. The store pages were clear that advanced access was a digital only exclusive and physical editions shouldn't be available until March 4th

Hi. I bought a physical edition "Explorer Edition" so I can't play it today 28/Feb in early access. Why? Is there a solution for that? A lot of people are complaining with same problem in Steam Forums.
