No patients for the head clinic appear on sandbox.

I've tried some medical school in my sandbox saves. But no patients for the head clinic appear. The other medical rooms seem to be working fine.

I recently did a sandbox game on Lake Tumble. And there were only patients for psychiatry. For nursing, only patients for the ward appeared.

Hi I am also seeing this issue. No patients for anything other than psychiatry or ward when doing medical courses on sandbox mode. Any updates on a fix?
