I got an amazon prime gaming code but I can't get it to work. 

 It's something like XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX but I cant get it to redeem. 

Yeah, I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my code it says "Your code is not valid or active". Don't know what to do.

Mine isn't working either and the link they give you to ask for help has no answers.

Same here, it says it's invalid, but when I refresh my Prime Gaming Rewards screen it says its now been claimed.

If you claimed the code but didn't redeem it, you can find it on your amazon profile. 

Head here, log in, then click on your profile in the top right  cornier of the screen. You should then see "My Collection" Select this and you can copy the codes from there.
