Hello, having an issue where this ghost got stuck outside his room and wont return, the staff wont collect him either. He just floats there and the anoucer keeps saying "A Ghost is on the loose". Very annoying and wish I could put him in my invetory or put him back in a room.

Actions Taken:

Tried placing the room over him -> He gets pushed outside the room and stuck again.

Tried saving and reloading.

Tried deleting the room they used to be in.

I have the same problem and it happend before I got 2 stars so it's not the portal bug

My ghost got outside the room and no staff can collect them (I can't drag them over the ghost, there is no interaction) but my whole museum is a mess because it keeps leaving these ghosty stuff around and its scary anyone

Sorry to hear about your stuck ghost! We are testing a fix for ghosts which don't do anything when outside of their room, so hopefully that will fix this for you.

We'll get that update out as soon as we can! I hope you're still able to enjoy the game :)
