I don't know what happened. I closed the game, it shut down like normal and only a couple of hours later I've returned to this. I don't know what to do now. I've refreshed my link between g2g and the game and that didn't work, it's all the twitch drops and all the golden items. I'm deep into this game file, 70+hrs, gold trophies and 4-5 star, i love this save. Is there any way to get these items unlocked again?

Heya, thanks for getting in touch. The Golden Bathroom items appear as Kudosh unlocks in the bathroom item list, the statues also appear as Kudosh unlocks. To find them, scroll down the decoration list and you should see them as possible unlocks.

As you're new to the game, you may need to progress a little further into the campaign for Kudosh unlocks to become available. Kudosh is an in-game currency you earn through out your museum career.

So I am also having a problem with account unlockables where I'm logged in but it's still not unlocked and when I close the game it logged me out automatically so I have to re login but nothing still is unlocked and I'm a console player

Thank you, @Wolverine2608!  I had a similar problem where the game was welcoming me by name as though I was logged in, but denying me the unlockables because I wasn't logged in. I, too, was wondering why logging into the website wasn't working.  After reading your post, I went looking for the place to log into TPC in the game menu, and sure enough, it said I was logged out.  I logged in using that menu, and all is well.

However, this is a really annoying glitch with Two Point products.  It seems like every DLC and some updates log you out of Two Point County with no clear communication that this has happened or where to log back in.  Either keeping the player logged in or making it more explicit where to log back in (perhaps by highlighting the login button in some way) would be helpful.
