Hi I hope someone can help me

I have the game on my PS5 and I ordered the gam early to get the Sonic and Shadow items but every time I go to download them on to my system it says that the content cant be found can someone please tell me how to resolve this or has anyone else had the same problem.

🤔 Are you fully updated to the latest patch? Because every time my PS5 updates Museum, there are individual updates applied to a base game file, an explorer edition file and also to the sonic items.

Also, from the main screen of your PS5, highlight Museum and go to 'Manage game content', then look on that screen and see if they're listed there at all, maybe they got disabled somehow? That's very odd.
