Hi, I've already beaten the game in about 57 hours (all museums with at least 5 stars) and what would motivate me to keep playing is to be able to do in sandbox mode a mega-museum, but I found that the expeditions are again to be done. 

Since when creating a sandbox game it gives the option to creative and to the right several sliders to customize the game, it would be nice an option in the same place so that all the expeditions are unlocked, so I can focus on the creative and going little by little to get the expeditions. 

It would also be nice to have an option to leave an open inventory with all the artifacts/fish and so on for those who want to do creative without expeditions. 

Being an option doesn't hurt anyone and it's an implementation that many of us hope to have so we can keep playing this great game, but right now I don't feel motivated to go back to having to unlock everything after playing almost 60 hours.
