That is because a staff member is cursed. you can stop this by semding them to the poi "curse,curses,curses. Also to prevent it you can make curse counters in the workshop

You can select guests and see how they’re feeling. When guests are running around, they will have something like “scared” listing under Feeling. If you scroll down to/hover over that it will describe what the problem is (saw a ghost, saw possessed staff member).
