I have been playing the game and am now at the Passwater Cove museum.  Near the helicopter pad is an exhibit with two feet.  I have renamed the exhibit, gotten all the Buzz Bonuses and Decoration Buzz to the max.  Right between the statue legs is an icon I am not familiar with.  It is hexagon that has a blue background and a yellow examination mark.  Can anyone tell me about this icon and what it means.  Also maybe a remedy to fix for this situation.  I can't seem to figure out what the issue is.

It means that people can’t access that item. I had this a lot when my walls overlapped my rooms. If you move some things around so access is possible again it should disappear. 

Moving some of the items near the statue fixed the issue.  Thanks for the advise.
