it looks like I have a bit of a problem here. 


One of the ghosts that was supposed to be sucked up by the caretakers has strayed outside the property. So it's stuck in an area where I can't place my caretakers. Even if I place them next to it, they don't react. Because the ghost is in this place, people don't go to the hotel or the museum, I lose money and have already had to take out three loans...


Unfortunately, the level is unplayable this way. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you playing on Steam? 


So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to support@twopointstudios.com

Please add a description of the problem and a link to this thread when you send your email.


Can you also include a DXDiag? The steps for this are in here
