I’ve got 2 stars on the starter museum and I’m curator level 2 and when I go to do expeditions it’s saying I need a spirit key but it’s not giving me the option to craft one??

Sorry to hear you are felling a bit stuck!

Have you been to the Wailon Lodge level yet?

Spirit keys should be explained and unlocked as part of the level flow there.

yes I have, that’s the one I’m currently on and nothing has been mentioned of the spirit key and it’s not coming up in my workshop craft menu. I’ve even deleted and downloaded the game again. It’s not that I don’t know what to do, I’m not being given the option to do and it means I can’t progress.

I've just confirmed the flow here with the team. 

Spirit Keys become available to craft from the start of Wailon Lodge - Act/Star 2.

If you're still in Memento Mile Act 2, although you can view the Netherworld Map, you won't have access to the keys until you return to Wailon Lodge. 

Let me know if you are in Act 2, but still unable to craft the Spirit Keys.

Hello,

I wanted to add to this thread that my game is also not showing spirit key as a crafting option in the workshop.

After earning my first campaign star for the Memento location the game soft locked. After rebooting the level shows my 1 star rating but the objectives towards earning the second star are completely missing. I also can't explore the expedition map further because of said missing key requirements.

Playing on PS5 explorer edition. All other campaign locations still showing objectives properly.

Hello,

I am in Act 2 on PS5 but not able to craft spirit keys. Also the objectives are missing for this museum after completing Act 1.

I am having this issue on xbox. I have 1 star at Wallion Lodge and no objectives to get to 2 stars. I have 2,3, and 4 stars on the other museums. I have went into each other museum and back to the lodge to see of it would trigger something and nothing happens.

Also in act 2 on PS5 and not seeing the option to craft spirit keys.

I am having this issue in PC purchased via Steam. 

On my first play through it worked fine. I decided to start a second save and it is soft locked . I have all other museums to level 2 except for the Supernatual since the Spirit Key will not appear in my workshop to craft

I'm 4 stars in Memento, 5 stars in the other 3 maps but I can't get to 2 stars on Wailon Lodge because no objectives are showing for me - meaning I can't get the spirit key.

I have restarted 5 times now due to issues with items not unlocking as they should. The gramophone twice and now the spirit key. I have obtained 2 stars in Memento Mile, 1 star in Passwater Cove, and I am attempting to move forward in Wailon Lodge. I have completed every objective listed, have sent expeditions out to all the options I have available up to pristine level. This has happened my last 3 attempts at Wailon Lodge. I am a long time Two Point fan and was so excited to get this one. I have deleted, restarted, everything I could think of except reinstall. I play on PC through steam on two different machines. I would really like some help fixing this bug so I can progress in the game.
