some reason my twitch is not showing as connected for twitch drops - i have removed the connect from twitch and two point and reconnected and still nothing 

Ditto here.  I have refreshed, re-connected, dis-connected and re-connected ... still doesn't show "connected".  Perhaps the system is just overwhelmed???

I'm having the same problem my Twitch & Two Point County are connected BUT it says it needs to connect when i go back to the Twitch drops and even when i refresh it still says to connect. I pre-ordered the Explorer Edition of the game on my Xbox Series X as i hardly use Steam as i don't have a Gaming PC as of yet

Same issue. Both Steam & Twitch should be connected but nothing ... Did reconnected and started the game several times

How do I even connect my TPC account and my twitch? Is this the same as the connect Amazon account in TPH? I am unable to do that for some reason, the option just appears Gray'd out

Same here,  if i want to redeem  the drops it shows that i am not connecte,. BUT i know i am, because i streamed and i was able to drop the drops my self xD

Mine says the same thing. I redeemed all 5 drops on Twitch but only 2 and 5 showed up in my game. Twitch drops are always so frustrating. Especially when they kind of work, my TwoPoint profile shows Twitch is correct but Twitch doesn’t. Ugh 

None of the twitch drops have shown up for me. Twitch is still convinced we are not connected even though TPC says we are! I know there's a bug report in the Steam forum so they are aware. I remain hopeful for a fix.

Randomly twitch drop 1 just showed up.  So 1, 2, 5 all are now in my game.  3/4 are just, not showing up.  And my TwoPoint still doesn’t show connected on Twitch. 

hey all after I logged in I got Twitch Drop 1 and Twitch Drop 5 and Twitch is still saying Not Connected under the drops inventory.  Oh well I am contacting support.

Sorry for the trouble you've had with your drops so far! 

We have been speaking with relevant Tech Teams and have learned that some drops didn't deliver properly because of the increased traffic through G2G since we launched.

We've managed to push the unlocks through for some of you so please check when you next log in and let me know if you're still having trouble.

Thanks for helping.  Just checked and my account still shows 2 and 5. It said 1 but I don’t see it, that was the rug right?  I have the Bin and the spongy cake balls machine. 

Hi, I have replied to the other thread. Updating in this one too. 

Twitch drops 1 and 2 are the only ones appearing in my game. The rest are missing. Twitch says my TPC account isn't connected when it is.
