hello everyone i pre-ordered the game on Playstation and then found out it doesn't included early access.The version that does included it doesn't show up in the store on Playstation but it shows up on app or on a web browser. Playstation refused to help me and I don't want to have to buy the game again to get early access do you know of anything I can do or do you think they will have an updated option before release?

If you have the base game edition, the only way to get advanced access is to refund the base game and re-buy the Explorer Edition. We will have an option to upgrade at launch, but not at present. I know that's a massive inconvenience, but unfortunately, that's how it's been set up (which is awkward, and we hope to change it in the future!)
