Hi,

I seem to have an issue with getting the rewards from Amazon Twitch Prime to work with my Two Point Hospital game. My Twitch Prime is linked with my Steam account that I have Two Point Hospital with, but the items are not showing up in my game even though I have claimed them in Twitch.

In addition to that, I also can't seem to sign up to Two Point to redeem the golden bathroom in the game. Once I've put in my Steam ID I am asked to fill out profile details. The button to submit those details cannot be clicked however.

I contacted SEGA support about this, but they can't seem to help me. So.. now I've turned here.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong? I'd be happy to provide screenshots if that is possible here on these forums.

Ok so for the Prime items, a screenshot of your costumes menu would be great to see. If you can take one and attach it here, that'd be great. 

I'll flag the sign up for Golden Toilet to the web team at SEGA to look into. Could you confirm the following please:

- What device(s) have you tried to sign up on?

- Which browser(s) have you tried to sign up on? 

- Have you previously signed up to Hospital Pass (assuming the answer here is no, but you never know!)

I have the same issue here. The "Link Amazon Account" is disabled, so I cannot receive my prime gaming items.

- What device(s) have you tried to sign up on?

    PC

- Which browser(s) have you tried to sign up on? 

     Chrome

- Have you previously signed up to Hospital Pass (assuming the answer here is no, but you never know!)

The Amazon link should only be disabled if you've already linked your account previously. If you haven't ever linked accounts before and it's greyed out, please drop an email over to support@twopointstudios.com they'll be able to take a look!
