I wrote here, wrote to Sega support. I was given an activation code that I entered into Steam and it all worked. The hospital pass appeared.

How long ago was this? Because I just wrote to SEGA support and I got this in reply:

"Dear Customer,

thank you for your interest in the Two Point Newsletter!

Kinda silly since it's still on the main menu and now we've signed up. Just give the items and stop when the new system is ready.

Got Same Reply so yeah they keep that button for nothing i suppose. ?

Can't they just give it as a free update now? Considering that their focus has mainly shifted to Two Point Campus.
