Hopefully you can help I know it's maybe not possible so late after release.

Brought my partner Campus for Christmas.

She loved it and is totally addicted.

But she has a severe eye condition so the UI and Text being able to be enlarged was a godsend.

She's now just brought Hospital, but the text is so small on a large TV she can't read it.

This makes the game unplayable for her and as yet I haven't seen an option to increase the UI and Text size.

Is it possible to get a patch or update or hotfix that increases the size of the text in the same way campus already has?

It's great hearing that your wife enjoyed Two Point Campus so much!

Unfortunately, we don't have any plans to release new updates for Two Point Hospital at this time. I will pass your feedback on though, in case we were to consider an update in the future. Our Community Manager wrote more of an explanation for this here, when we were working on Two Point Campus.

The best suggestion I have for you is to contact the retailer from which you purchased Two Point Hospital from, to request a refund. 

I'm sorry I can't help further. On the plus side we have loads of new content planned for Two Point Campus which I'm sure your wife will enjoy, and we hope to announce some of it soon.

Easy fix! At the top go to settings on the right then accessibility. There is a zoom magnify option. Allows you to zoom in the game. Fixs the little font issue. I can now play.
