Hi ! 

I am on my second hospital and all the clients/ staff has stopped Moving so no money is coming in . But I can Still build rooms ... Any help on why ? I am playing on the switch lite !

Not to state the obvious but have you got the game on pause? You can un pause the game by pressing right stick in i believe for the switch.
