I signed up and linked my Steam account, and every time I try to get the Pass, it goes through the sign-in/cd keys process till I eventually get this back.

We brought the game and all its dlcs while they were on sale on steam and have put it in our family library so I could play with my own profile. 

Would really like to be able to access things like the ice Globe and nice smelling sanitizer that i could use while playing on epic.

Am i able to get it somehow?
