How can i get the hospital Pass?

I finally figured out how to sign up in about two years, but I am wondering where the extra items are that you receive in it.  For example the golden toilet I cannot find.  I don't see anything it added except the Hospital Pass icon on the dlc window, but other than that I cannot find anything. Is there a spot where the items are located?  Thank you.

The items might be under Kudosh unlocks in the Bathroom, how far into the campaign are you? They might be at the bottom of the item list ready to be unlocked if you scroll all the way down.

Let me know how you get on and if they've appeared OK!
