Hi,

I have been reffered to yourselves from Sega. I have been playing through the levels and currently up to 23 stars. I have also done other achievements that have yet to pop as well as get a level 5 researcher. Can someone look into this for me please.

I am on Xbox One. I have reinstalled the game and taking it off quick resume. This hasnt solved anything though.

I've had achievement issues - I even posted here as had 2 that didn't pop for me after completing the game (even though I had done what I neded for the achievements) to find a solution but never got a reply from anyone. After doing my own digging for answers on google I found that if you're "offline" on the game (Superbug system) they will not pop even after doing what is required.

What you need to do is turn autosave off, then keep checking the superbug icon at top says "online". If it says offline, save & quit (dashboard it). When you reload the game it will be connected again. When you're getting close to doing something for the achievement (in this case level 5 researcher) check it says online, if it does you're ok and the achievement should pop (although I always save it just in case). If it says offline, quit and reload until it says "online" When it says online, complete the researcher level 5 and it will pop. Sadly, you'll have to try it in a different hospital or train your level 5 onto another doctor. When it gets close to lvel 5 on your new doctor so the save reload trick if need be.

I tested this theory, I started a new game and played through until I got to the point I needed to unlock my first 'glicthed' achievement. I had to 1 star each of the pointy mountains levels (i'd already 3 starred these on my first play through). I did the trick above, when I got close to the 1 star I saved and quit because it said "offline". Reloaded and it was online. Did this for each of the 3 and the achievement did pop this time. 

It's annoying because if I knew this before my first play through I wouldn't need to replay it again putting more hours into it. Seems to be the only way around it though. Seems to be no specific time it goes "offline" either. I checked every 10 minutes or so and kept saving regulary too. 

My superbug is always online. I have been turning autosave off and doing lvl 5 researcher but still not popping. I am also at 23 stars, so I have no clue ??‍♂️

@faithleex that's really useful info, I'm going to double check the team are aware of this (I certainly wasn't!) as it might make it more obvious what the issue is. 

Thank you for the response. I have started a new game and trying to see for the achievements to pop but so far im not having any luck. If there is any fix or update the team could do it be so great. Thanks again

No update so far unfortunately. Issues with achievements are notoriously difficult to track down as they tend to be fairly isolated. Our QA team will need to reproduce the issue first, so I'm sorry to say this will take some time. 

Has there been any update on this issue?  I haven’t been able to get the research or surgery achievements.

I just jumped back into the game and I'm currently having the same issue. It says I'm online but the achievements won't pop.

The issue is still there. Got 72 stars and no achievement. After reading about this problem I double checked if superbug is online before getting the next star. So when getting the next star I got the achievement for 72 stars with 73 stars. Hope this does not bug out the 81 stars achievement.

So will this ever be fixed?

For context... I'm playing on xbox and I can confirm the achievements for world class surgeon and researcher have not popped - and I've trained several of each across multiple hospital levels. 

Any update on these bugs? 

The completionist within me is getting itchy!

PS- I'm a huge OG fan, having completed numerous play-throughs of beloved Theme Hospital, Theme Park and Dungeon Keeper.
