is there a trick to get the Dr Know (train a world class researcher) achievement unlocked? Or is it bugged/broken? 

I have 3 starts on every hospital, including DLC, numerous level 5 researchers throughout my hospital’s, tried in sandbox mode, always made sure im online and connected, verified game files and have uninstalled/reinstalled so many times but the Dr Know achievement will not unlock.

This is the last achievement i need, i have all the others.
