Okay, so, when I first got Speedy Recovery, I was fairly unimpressed, I will have to admit.

However, a large part of that was I simply didn't have the time to play it properly, so I didn't get much actual time to really experience it. Now that that's changed, so has my opinion on the DLC. It's much better than I gave it credit for, and it certainly shakes things up quite a bit.

That said, I feel there are a few things the DLC is lacking in, or could have included to really amplify the whole 'tone' of the DLC. Things the developers could consider in the future, perhaps? Updates, another mini-pack, heck, Superbug, even? Anyway, here are those suggestions that I, and others, have made note of.

1. Paramedic/Flight Paramedic outfits. The outfits add an entirely new layer to staff customization. They allow me to visually distinguish between staff roles, and they usually look really good! Heck, I've tried to even employ Fancy Dress DLC costumes where I can. I haven't had much success yet, but maybe one day. But, the costumes we got to start with, I use them all the time! The reflective jackets for the janitors and the white tops for diagnostic nurses, the armbands for Psychiatry and Surgery, they all add just that tiny little bit more. So, to see no Paramedic outfits was a genuine disappointment. I'd love to shove a nurse into a medic's outfit so they can go careening through the streets of Ailing in a Compliant Colin, their passengers screaming in terror as they nearly pitch over two dozen times just trying to navigate a roundabout, water splashing everywhere as the Under-the-Weather patients become dangerously close to becoming Fracture Ward patients instead.

2. An Emergency Room. Okay, now, don't get the wrong idea here: I am very much aware that this might be a big ask. You'd need new items and animations, and fitting it in to the whole patient flow thing might be a bit confusing. However - for a DLC centered around ambulances and emergencies, how could you possibly not have an emergency room, the staple of medical dramas! Perhaps it could function like a ward, but serve as the entryway for ambulance patients - initial consultation and diagnosis following assessment on-scene?

3. More décor items. I get that the team is surely busy with Two Point Campus, make no mistake. But, the amount of items available for the DLC is... quite low, frankly. I do see what they were going for as well, of course - a sort of roadside pitstop garage theme, with the red and checkers style. But, alas, tragically few 'medical' items, which - again - fits perfectly into a DLC featured around emergencies.

What are people's thoughts? Let me know below - if you're interested at all, of course!

Thanks for the feedback, Andrew!

This is exactly the sort of constructive post we love to see, it's so useful for our team to read.

Our big focus for this DLC was definitely the gameplay side of things. We've seen feedback on our previous releases on how the formula doesn't feel as fresh, so we really wanted to try and make some new content that feels familiar, but adds a new layer of interest to the game (hopefully we did that!) Of course, with our efforts focused on gameplay other areas like items/decorations weren't quite as big as they have been in the past. Perhaps there's a better balance for us to look for in Campus!

As always, if anyone has any comments or feedback, feel free to share <3

Hi Steggs!

Thank you, that means a lot to me, I'm really glad it helps!

I can certainly say, they absolutely did a very good job of shaking up the formula with this one, definitely! I have to admit, the feedback on previous releases was certainly warranted, but it's fantastic to see that the team is aware of this and is actively working to address that. That's what makes Two Point such a good company. Well, one of the things, rather, there's a lot you guys have going for you!

For the lack of items, as I mentioned, you've got a few options I can see - but, obviously, that's kind of a future thing, something to worry about once Campus is out - that's the big project here, after all. Heck, I was genuinely surprised to find that you guys were working on a new DLC, with Campus so close to release!

Anyway, enough of me rambling on - thanks for taking in my feedback, I'm really glad it's useful and I hope my suggestions can be of some help!
