This is on the playstation version. I have tried it on PS4 and PS5, but it eventually happens on both. Staff will go on break, go on call and never leave. New starters wander the corridors looking for work.

It's weird cos the game starts out fine, but then they suddenly start doing this. Breaks the game for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled enough times, exited to menu etc, changed settings and it's still happening.

It's ok for me cos this is my third copy of the game, it was super cheap in a sale, and I've obviously played it before. Anyone new buying this though :(
