Hi,

I am trying to play through the xbox app on pc but the game keeps getting stuck on the first loading screen, i played during the last dlc release and had no issues but seems to not be working now.

I have tried resetting my computer and also tried repairing the game through the app but neither has worked

Sorry to hear you are having trouble! 

Can you tell me if you have pre-ordered the School Spirits DLC? If so, it is possible that your game is trying to install the DLC but it won't work because School Spirits won't be playable until Wednesday.

Please check your DLC and remove the School Spirits if it is there. To do so:

• Go to "My Games and Apps", and highlight Two Point Campus, but do not select it.
• Press the Menu button (3 lines) on the gamepad, and select "Manage game and add-ons".
• Select the game tile and then untick School Spirits. 

If the above works, please ignore any prompts to install the DLC in-game. 

If the above is not the case however, let me know and we'll see what we can do!

Hi Chizel,

Thank you, This seemed to fix the issue, I was unable to find the option to uninstall the new DLC on PC but I uninstalled the game again and reinstalled without the School Spirits DLC and the game is working again.
