I play on xbox series X and since the most recent update, the game has been crashing on multiple levels. It started as I was playing Blundergrad, then Urban Bungle and, most recently, Breaking point. On Blundergrad, it seemed to crash after booking Jasmine Odyssey at the student union. Then Urban Bungle seemed to confirm this but then on Breaking Point, it was crashing when I booked any band at the student union, not just Jasmine Odyssey.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with crashes!

Can you tell me how you are attmpting to book the events? 

We are currently aware of a crash that is caused by opening the inbox/request notifications. If this sounds like the issue you're experiencing, you will need to avoid the inbox until we can launch a fix. Inboxes are linked to the individual levels so you may not experience the bug on others.  

If it is not linked to the inbox, can you tell me more information about the crash? 

1. Do you crash in the same way each time on the same level? (juiceman730 I have seen that you mentioned templates in another thread, if you know of anything else please let me know here).

2. Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game?

3. Do any of your other games crash?

4. Is the game installed on the console hard drive or an external drive?

5. Can you let me know the date and time (including time zone) of your last few crashes?

Thank you for the response. You are correct, its linked to the inbox. I have deleted them from the inbox when the band notifications appear and that seems to have worked. Played yesterday and did not crash once as long as I removed the notification.
