This is still an issue on PS4, and it has gotten even worse lately..I just bought the medical school, and it is completely unplayable..please fix!!

I took a break playing for a while, and when I bought the medical school and start playing again, I started Fluffborough, and even at the beginning of the level, it was lagging...any time I looked at mail, tried to go down the list of students to send to tutoring, hire staff, build anything, even just moving the cursor around the screen to see different areas of the campus...the game just stops, and I have to wait for the game to catch up and start moving again, sometimes for quite a few minutes...it is frustrating.  I've already cleared the cache of my PS4 twice, and that did nothing to help.
