Bought base game, plus both dlcs,dlcs not picking up on my xbox?

Does it show you own them?

 Something similar happens on my XBox where sometimes when I load into the main menu it tells me I need to re install the dlcs when they are installed.

Sorry to hear this! 

Midnight's suggestion is solid, can you make sure they are installed? 

To unlock DLC levels you also need to have obtained at least 1 star in Noblestead, so you may need to continue your playthrough further, as you also mentioned you just got the base game?

Let me know if you have done this, but still can't access the DLC!

I have re-installed base game, plus both the dlcs, all worked fine when I purchased them about 6 months ago, played for daaaaaayyyys ? when I logged back in a day ago after a while not playing, that error pops up ??‍♂️ also checked for updates, nada ??‍♂️

And yes, it says "your purchased dlcs" needs to be installed, like i said, done that a few times now

Checked microsoft store, dlcs "ownend", but when i click on game it says "app not installed" then i go ahead and install, same thing, 

Oh yeah and the base game, so not playing "via game pass" actually bought the game, plus the dlcs,

Really hope we can get this sorted please

From what I can gather (and this may not be accurate) this is an issue with Xbox and the Quick resume feature. What Xbox model do you have?

When mine does this, I quit the game entirely and re open it. Sometimes that’s enough to fix it and the dlc is showing that I own it. If that doesn’t work, it can’t hurt to clear the console cache and switch the console off, wait five minutes and turn it back on.

Cleared cache, turned off console, unplugged power for about 10minutes, still same dlc error message, this is frustrating, two point county refund then? 

I played the game with bith dlcs perfectly fine for about 6 months, no thisnissue arises?

I even install the dlcs via the ingame prompt, still nada
