Just started playing the game so I’m in the tutorial stage and straight off the bat as students arrive, some only appear as circular shadows so you can’t see their body. A couple spawn eventually but quite a few haven’t.

That sounds like a terrible issue to have, but TP Devs are quite quick with their fixes so you shouldn't have to wait too long.

Just wanted to say I also had the same issue.
