I have the disc version of Two Point Camus on my PlayStation 4. I have purchased the Space DLC from the PlayStation store but it will not let me download it. It states "Cannot find application. Do you want to look in PlayStation Store?" Clicking Ok takes me to the purchase page for Two Point Campus with the option to buy. I click on Add-ons it's shows Add-on has been purchased.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble! 

Before trying to download the DLC again, please can you make sure the game disc is inserted and that there are no outstanding updates to download?
