I been trying to play two point campus DLC for 2 day straight . Game was set to save every month but it didn't save so I went through the other route which is quick save it . After saving everything seem fine . However when I reopen the whole game , the game when back to original without the save data in it . I been trying days to save it but unable to get any solution to it.

Hi your not the only one with the same issue there's a few others with the same problem it's been like that since the update came out in December. Ive been in touch with the dev team over the last 2 months about trying to get it sorted out?

Sorry to hear this. We were hoping the 4.0 patch would fix this issue but it seems to be occurring still.

I am still having this issue. Really annoying now. Deleted two save files, spent a couple of hours building a new camous and lost it and the deleted save files returned. Game has become unplayable 

Played 12hrs - saved manually every hour - then the game shut down and all data lost… this has happened twice. 

Is there a way to save that ensures data doesn’t get deleted even if the game shuts down?

Just to confirm, are you saying that absolutely none of your progress has saved at all?

Can you also tell me when the game last saved successfully for you, and if there are any error messages you receive?
