I got two point campus for Christmas last year and today (14/02-2023) I decided to type in the code that came with the disk for the preorder pack. I typed it in but it never installed and I don’t know how to get it to install. Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for the delay with getting back to you!

On the PS5 dashboard, select the game and the press the option (3 lines) button on your controller. Now select Manage Game Content and you should be able to make sure the content installs from there.

Can you try to press the 3 dots on your controller whilst on the tile for Two Point Campus from the main dashboard?

This should bring up the menu we need that has Manage Game Content in it. I think you are currently pressing the 3 dots in the game menu rather than using your controller whilst on the tile which is at the top of the screen that displays your other apps and games too.

Thank you so so much. Honestly I never thought of those as dots and more as three lines. But I found it and successfully installed the pack so thank you for all of your help. It’s been really appreciated.
