I've restarted my game 5 times and everytime it loads this particular campus, the earthquake starts and the game freezes! Help!!!

I see the same issue on PC, my save is just before the earthquake starts and as soon as it does the game locks up.

On Xbox series X I’m having the same issue with Pebberly Ruins. I’ve restarted the map three times now. And each time I build the campus up to year 3 the earthquake shows up and freezes everything. 

I play on PC and I'm having the same issue.

MLE and simonpcook, Are you both on Steam? It would be great if you can send us your Two Point Campus Folders.

To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to campus.support@twopointstudios.com

Same bug on Series X. Can’t progress past an earthquake in Year 4, which means I can’t complete the map and move to the final maps. Please help!

I have been playing on the PS5 and it has been crashing more and more. There hasn't been a specific reason for the crash at this time. I am currently on Upper Etching campus and the more that I building rooms and collect funding the more likely for the crash to happen. I have been sending the reports through PS5 but I am not sure if you guys get the reports. There is an issue with the Hospital as well doing the same crashing without a reason.

Can you release a temp patch that will stop earthquakes until you guys can fix the bug??
