I was having an issue with maintenance not getting completed... machines kept breaking down and not getting fixed...

So, my first thought was, need more janitors with maintenance, and also train them to be faster, and higher maintenance abilities. I did that... But still more machines kept breaking down. 

(I currently have 21 Janitors, with 15 of them trained in some level of maintenance), still wasn't getting done.

So I sat there and watched one...

it would say, 'going to fix X'... he'd walk that way for awhile, then would change to 'going to fix y' it would walk in the opposite direction for 10-15 seconds... changed again... 'changing garbages'... (it MIGHT get to that if he was close enough...

Also, when it changed... I checked the item that it WAS trying to go to before it changed. It was still at 0%, and no one else was repairing it. 

I think this may have something to do with the latest update, as it wasn't doing this yesterday.  (Or possibly it wasn't triggered since my base wasn't as big yesterday)

EDIT: So, I just dropped a janitor on a broken machine that was at 0%... he then ran away to repair something else (tried again, same thing) and he even had 10 Maint skill
