Hi everyone,

We are aware of an issue affecting some players where the game asks you to install Space Academy after you've pre-purchased it, despite it not being out yet! 

We've got a workaround for you if you're experiencing this problem, take a look below for details:

Workaround For Steam:

• Ensure the game is closed
• Right click Two Point Campus in your Library
• Select "Properties" > "DLC"
• Untick the Space Academy DLC

Workaround For Xbox:

• Ensure the game is closed
• Head to "My Games and Applications" 
• Select "See all" and find Two Point Campus
• Press the Menu Button on your controller 
• Scroll down to "Manage Games and Addons" 
• Find the Space Academy DLC and press the Menu button again to bring up another list of options
• In this list of options, you'll be able to uninstall the DLC

Playstation and Switch players, you shouldn't run into this issue! 

This should allow you to carry on with the game as normal until the DLC launches on 6th December. If you have any problems though, please let us know!

I have just bought the Space DLC for Switch and now the game won't open at all. What is going on?

I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with the DLC.  

Can you try to uninstall and then reinstall Two Point Campus and the DLC?

These steps are taken directly from Nintendo If you go to their website, please pay close attention to step 8. You do not need to hold down "L" because you want to redownload the DLC.

Digital copy:

• Highlight Two Point Campus on the home menu and press "+"

• Select Manage Software and then Delete Software (this shouldn't delete save data).

• Open the eShop using the account that originally downloaded Two Point Campus.

• Select your user icon to access your Account Information and select redownload.

• Select OK when a message appears saying that only software will be redownloaded.

• Launch Two Point Campus and your save game should load again.
  
  

Physical Copy Owners:

• Remove the Game Card

• Delete software.

• Insert the Game Card.

• Press "+"

• Software update > Via internet.
