Hello,

Today I bought the physical version of the PS5 game, but my game is keeping getting stuck in the loading screen as soon as I start a new game.. sometimes even the loading screen doesnt load up too, and im stuck at a pink screen with a white border (where normaly a image is supposed to be)

I have the Physical disc, lastest PS5 system software, lastest game update, tried to rebuild the database several times, clear system cache several times, deleting the newly created save, and reinstalled the game several times.. its still getting stuck in that screen..

I also wanna mention that the rest of all the games are working fine, so i was wondering what is going on with my game?

I have the disc also, the game will only work if I don’t install the update otherwise I cannot continue if I start a new game because I just get a pink graphic with the info box to the right.

i have uninstalled and deleted the save but it still won’t reset my progress which is reading at 41% ?

If you let the game load for a couple min, from the pink screen, the game will eventually work. From what I've seen it's like the running system is having issues with the Christmas update. If your patient, the game will work and load you to where you choose your campus. Once on this screen the game runs normal. Hope this observation helps.

Can you tell me at what point the issue occurs? For example:

• Can you launch the game but not access any of the menus? 
• Are you able to enter the world map? 
• Is a specific level not loading?

I would really appreciate it if you can provide any more information.
