Are you able to send a picture or video of the issue? I have tried to replicate it, but have not had any success so far. 

If you were to build a new room such as the Dormitory and then save it as a template, do you still get the issue? You mention the Double Jump Bed above, but are there any other items that contribute to the issue?

If you can let me know more, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I’ve got a couple of photos but not sure how to add them on this reply. It seems it’s just with the dorms as I have copied other rooms on this level and they are fine.

There should be an icon to "insert image" (it look like a rectangle with a mountain in it) at the top of the text box?

It sounds to me like something in your Dormitory is if the problem. We are aware of issues in the past caused by the Double Jump Bed, so could you try saving a Dormitory as a template with out this item, and then use that as the basis for a new Dormitory, rather than copying a different one? Hopefully you can then add problematic items back in once the room is placed.

Hi, I've had this but it was just the windows on the outside of the building!  If you pan round  and in you should be able to delete them? Hope this helps.x

Thanks for uploading these screenshots!

It looks to me that the "Fancy Hat Stand" is the problem. It currently blocks interaction points meaning that students cannot use the other items you are trying to place down, causing the invalid error. 

Can you trey removing it and then placing the beds and let me know if the issue persists?
