I am on Xbox Series X. There is a frog stuck in the ground outside from frog rain and the janitors will not acknowledge the frog. I try to drop them onto it and it will not highlight and give the option to clean up. I moved an item on top of it, the frog moved, the frog even came out of the ground, but the janitors still don’t see it. I’ve tried logging out, moving the frog again after logging out and it is still not there to the game. It’s also still giving the unattractive buff around it.

Sorry to hear you have had this bug!

Unfortunately, when this happens there is no way to remove the frog, short of restarting the level. 

The best workaround is to isolate the frog and place items around it that increase attractiveness, countering the debuff coming from the frog.

We are working hard to eradicate issue like this. Let me know if anything else comes up.
