I'm really sorry to hear that your save was wiped!

As you are on console, there is sadly no way for us to try and retrieve your progress so you will need to start again.

Would you be able to tell me what time zone you are in and the date and time of the crash that caused the wipe?

Same for me, the game crashed and deleted my corupted saving... i had 36 stars so all levels at 3 stars and i was about to finish all trophees :( i m on ps4 , bug crashed at 23h08 France time

We know that crashes are no fun for you and we don't enjoy them either. Fixing crashes is a top priority here and we work hard towards clearing them up. We hope to have more fixes as fast as possible.

Version 1.5 was just released yesterday for consoles so even more crashes should be stabilised. 

To help us further, could you answer the following about what you both experienced with your crashes ?

1. Can you describe what you were doing in the game at the time? 
2. Were you manually saving? 
3. Did you change any settings close to the time of the crash? 

Boudoumage - If you could also provide the date, time and time zone of your crash I would appreciate it. Hopefully you can use Sandbox to finish your last trophies.

Themammafox - Can you confirm which language settings you are using? The time you listed shows a crash by a player using Italian so I would like to confirm if this is you?

When will it be released on the ps4? Since on all other consoles it was but not a ps4. I love the game, don’t get me wrong, but I’m at a stage to throw it out. It shuts down twice everytime I play the game. It’s gettint very frustrating.

Saw on the playstation report that the update 1.5 was available on the ps4. The game just updated to 1.07 and is even crashing faster than before. Just looked for the 1.5 update on the ps4, but my ps4 says that 1.07 is the current version.

Is there something that can fix this? I’ve turned back to the hospital for now until the crashes have been fixed or the update 1.5 will come.

Thanks for the response. Sorry to hear you are experiencing crashes.

Can you tell me what you were doing at the time of the crash? Can you also let me know the time, date and what time zone you are in, when the crashes occured?

If you open the pause menu in-game, at the top left of your screen is the current build number. Can you confirm what this says for you? It should be 1.5.112606.

If you are looking in the PlayStation menu at update history, the latest version is "Version 1.07" but that is the PlayStation format for listing our updates, rather than the official game build we are on. Our next update or hotfix will become Version 1.08 in the PS menu.

When we refer to versions and patches, we always mean the version in-game. I hope this clears up any confusion.

Hello,

For the date time and timezone, i mentioned its in my previous post. For the rest

1. I was just playing at the last level, with a lot of construction building

2. No mannually saving

3. No setting changed

It seems the game can't hold too much building and/or students , decoration or whatever. On most of the crashes (at least 3 by hours) my campus was very large and have a lot of decoration or stuff inside classroom or others room

Same keeps happening to me. In UK and crashed around 17:20 (for most recent crash - tends to happen 3/4 times every time I play now).

Just lost all upgrades made to rooms. Luckily I've taken to manually quick saving so didn't loose a whole year as previous. It is getting a bit tiresome though.

We're hoping that the 4.0 release will have a lot of improvements and the PS4 will also benefit from all of the optimisations that we're working on for Nintendo Switch. 

We don't know when this update will be released yet, but we're hoping it is sooner rather than later.
