When I play on sandbox mode and select upgrades to be unlocked by research it does not work and always starts with everything unlocked. I’ve tried different maps, reinstalling etc. it’s the only setting that I’ve noticed not working

I have not been able to recreate the issue. Are you able to provide a screenshot or video of the process where you are seeing this happen?
