So there is a requirement to pass 1 star which is to defeat the Hogsport Porthogs but when I defeat it, it still shows that I didn't do it yet. How can I fix this?

Hi Akira_sann,

Thank you for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Did you defeat the Hogsport Porthogs before the 1 star requirement? If so, please try and set up another game against them to see if it clears the objective.

Can you also confirm which platform you are on?

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_sann,

This is strange!

Have you tried beating another team, and then trying Hogsport again?

Can you also confirm the platform you are on? If the above doesn't work and you are on PC, please send me your Two Point Campus folder. To do this follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to the email you sent our in-box.

Thanks,

Chizel

I actually play the game on macOS. I click browse local files on steam and it show DLCs and TPC and when I click show package content it show the Content folder. So do I need to zip the Contents file to you right?

Hi Akira_sann,

Thanks for the reply,

Here are the steps to send a Mac Folder to us:

  1. Open a Finder Window and chose Go To Folder from the Go Menu (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp1236/mac).
  2. Enter the following path: /Library/Application Support/
  3. Find the folder called com.twopointstudios.com/twopointcampus and copy it to somewhere safe such as your desktop or Documents folder.
  4. Control-click / Right-click / two-finger-tap the copied folder and pick Compress from the menu that appears (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp2528/mac).
  5. Attach that zip file to an e-mail and we should have everything we need.

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_sannn,

Can you try opening your Mac Terminal application and then using the following command: open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Two\ Point\ Studios/Two\ Point\ Campus/

If the folder is there, try repeating the steps to compress and send it to us.

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_sannn,

Thank you for trying the above for me.

Could you look in your Mac Terminal to see if the folder (Library/Application Support/Two Point Studios) might be in "all users"? Here is the command - open /users/shared.

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_Sannn,

If the above doesn't work try going to your user folder and pressing "CMD+Shift+." this may reveal what we need!

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_sannn,

Did you include the full stop (.) in the command - "CMD+Shift+."?

Open finder, find your username folder and then try the above. The below screenshot shows the hidden folder, and the file path once you have located it.

Let me know if this doesn't work!

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Akira_sannn,

That screen shot looks promising!

From there, you can see a greyed out "Library Folder". Open that and then you should be able to follow the original steps:

  1. Library/Application Support/
  2. Find the folder called com.twopointstudios.com/twopointcampus and copy it to somewhere safe such as your desktop or Documents folder.
  3. Control-click / Right-click / two-finger-tap the copied folder and pick Compress from the menu that appears (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp2528/mac).
  4. Attach that zip file to an e-mail and we should have everything we need.

Let me know how you get on!

Thanks,

Chizel
