Hi,

I sometimes play with my speakers turned off so I leave the subtitles on at all times. I noticed during the opening sequence to the Urban Bungle map that I could hear the voiceover through my speakers but there were no subtitles on the screen! Obviously, this isn't so much of an issue for me, but I would imagine that any individual with hearing loss may be quite disappointed by missing subtitles.

If you restart the the level, are they still missing?

If so, could you let me know what platform you are on so I can try to replicate the issue?

That's really strange, restarting the level caused the subtitles to appear... 

I'm playing PC Windows via Steam.
